About us

We are building the workspace for local competitive analysis.

Pyner helps legal, economic and M&A teams turn scattered retail data into a clear view of markets, shares and risks.

About us

Our mission

Make merger control analysis faster, clearer and easier to verify. We automate repetitive work without hiding important assumptions: catchment areas, market shares, HHI, thresholds and sources stay reviewable by teams.

What shapes the product

01

Legal rigor

Workflows are designed to document the reasoning expected in merger control filings and market reviews.

02

Economic analysis

Pyner brings key indicators together: surfaces, revenue, market shares, HHI, increments and risk levels.

03

Software craft

The interface stays fast, collaborative and readable so analysis can move without fragile spreadsheets or scattered files.

Why Pyner

Teams often work with heterogeneous data, local assumptions and short timelines. Pyner structures that work in one place: import, qualify, compute, explain and share.

How we work

  • Confidential case handling and access control.
  • Transparent automation, with explainable outputs.
  • A restrained interface designed for professional decisions.
  • Continuous improvement from real field use cases.

A note from the founder

A developer's curiosity turned into a product.

Pyner started from a simple curiosity: understand a concrete problem, then build a tool that could make daily work easier for the teams facing it. While solving the first pieces of the product, I saw how much clearer the analysis could become when it was better structured. I wanted to turn a process often scattered across data, maps and spreadsheets into a clear, visual and verifiable product.
